The Role : Product Liability Associate | San Diego, CA

We are seeking a skilled Product Liability Associate to join a leading international law firm in its San Diego office. Providing strategic counsel on mass tort disputes.

In this position, you will :

Represent flagship consumer brands and aviation manufacturers in high-stakes product liability cases.

Handle litigation matters involving mass torts and complex legal disputes.

Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and legal briefs with precision.

Engage in discovery, depositions, and trial preparation with a focus on detail and strategy.

Collaborate with cross-office teams to deliver innovative and client-focused legal solutions.

Provide strategic counsel and representation in federal and state court proceedings.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience and Expertise

Years of Practice : Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in product liability or complex litigation.

Judicial Clerkship : Federal clerkship experience is preferred.

Litigation Background : Strong foundation in managing sophisticated legal matters for high-profile clients.

Educational Credentials

Juris Doctor (JD) : Degree from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.

Bar Membership : Active California bar license or eligibility to waive in.
