We are seeking a Mid-Level Real Estate Transactions Associate to join one of our prestigious clients' robust and growing Real Estate Practice Group in their Miami office. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and engage in impactful real estate matters within a collaborative and innovative environment.

In this position, you will :
- Draft and negotiate agreements related to acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, and leasing.
- Provide strategic legal counsel for joint ventures and borrower-side real estate finance transactions.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to navigate and complete complex real estate deals.
- Support large-scale development projects and high-value commercial transactions.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide timely, high-quality legal advice.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for this Real Estate Transactions Associate role is a highly skilled legal professional with broad transactional real estate experience and a collaborative, client-focused approach.
Key attributes of the ideal candidate include :
3 years of broad and sophisticated real estate experience.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and negotiation.
