Job Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain various types of heavy equipment, including loaders, backhoes, and track hoes.
- Perform excavation, grading, Utilities, and material placement tasks safely and efficiently.
- Inspect equipment and work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with field crews to achieve project goals and deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of heavy equipment operation experience.
- Strong knowledge of equipment safety, maintenance, and operation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
