Residential Real Estate Agent

This position is based in Chattanooga, TN and is a commission based position.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Create and maintain listings of available properties
- Show properties to potential buyers or renters
- Negotiate contracts and handle all necessary paperwork
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire real estate process
- Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends and changes

Experience:
- Previous experience in real estate or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and property management principles
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and laws
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Proven sales experience is beneficial
