aAs an Entry-Level Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and maintaining client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving account enrollment through sales and daily account management. This role is ideal for entry-level individuals eager to excel, lead, and collaborate closely with clients to find solutions perfectly tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Key Entry-Level Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary in person point of contact.
- Monitor and manage existing client accounts, through transparent and proactive communication to sustain a healthy account status.
- Drive sales by identifying new opportunities within current accounts, upselling products and services, and achieving individual and team-set targets.
- Learn and demonstrate working knowledge of the company’s products and services, to adequately explain features and benefits.
- Engage face to face with clients to understand their needs, offering customized solutions that help achieve their goals, resulting in long-term relationships and reduced churn.
- Work alongside the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless account management and customer experience.
- Regularly update account status and performance metrics, providing feedback and recommendations to senior Account Managers.
Qualifications of Successful Entry-Level Account Managers:
- No prior experience is required; we’re looking for motivated individuals with a desire to learn and grow in the account management and sales field.
