Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Technician to oversee job site operations, manage a team of
technicians, and ensure top-tier restoration services. This role requires leadership skills, technical
expertise, and strong communication abilities to interact with customers, insurance adjusters, and
team members.
Hunt Restoration is a full-service restoration company that services multiple TPA’s and insurance
referral programs. These programs require 24/7 response to emergency fire and water losses. We
require a lead technician that has experience, and the capabilities required to effectively respond to
these types of jobs and situations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage mitigation and fire damage restoration projects, ensuring all work meets
industry and company standards.
Train and mentor technicians to maintain high-quality service and safety protocols.
Perform water damage mitigation, including extraction, drying, dehumidification, and
monitoring.
Accurately document work progress, moisture readings, and job details using MICA and Job-
Dox.
Communicate with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters to explain the
restoration process and provide updates.
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in proper working conditions.
Follow IICRC standards and ensure compliance with all industry regulations.
Assist in estimating, project documentation, and ensuring job profitability.
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in water or fire damage restoration (IICRC certifications preferred).
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and training a team.
Hands-on knowledge of water damage mitigation, structural drying, and fire damage
cleanup.
Experience using MICA and Job-Dox for job documentation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying conditions (attics, crawl spaces, etc.).
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Must pass a background check and drug test.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
