Position : General Manager, reporting to CEO
Compensation : $120k-$130k annual base with significant incentivization targets of up to $200k total comp
The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, financial performance, and strategic growth for a plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services company. This role requires a balance of leadership, industry knowledge, operational efficiency, and Customer focus to ensure sustained success and profitability.
