Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for resident inquiries.
- Coordinate and assist with requests from residents and the property management team.
- Provide highest level of customer service through prompt and professional responses.
- Assist in inspecting model and vacant homes to ensure they are ready for touring prospective clients.
- Administer move-in lease documents and home inspections.
- Coordinate move-outs and pre-inspection for outgoing residents.
- Monitor rental account balances and ensure fees and rent charges are correct.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales and customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, self-motivated team player with strong attention to detail.
