- Serve as primary point of contact for resident inquiries and concerns.
- Coordinate and assist with requests from residents and the property management team.
- Provide highest level of customer service through prompt and professional responses.
- Assist in maintaining the appearance of the community, including the office, amenities, model, and homes.
- Conduct follow-up phone calls to residents to ensure work orders are completed to their satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales and customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
