What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Strong Attention to Detail: You spot errors and discrepancies like a pro and ensure accuracy in every task.
🔹 Organizational Wizard: You keep things running smoothly and efficiently, even when juggling multiple tasks.
🔹 Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office Suite is a must. Automotive accounting experience is a plus!
🔹 Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
🔹 Previous Experience: One year of experience in accounting or a related field is preferred, but we’re open to passionate entry-level candidates with a strong desire to learn!
Responsibilities:
- Use bookkeeping databases, spreadsheets, and software
- Process business transactions, accounts receivable and/or payable, disbursements, expense vouchers, and receipts.
- Posting financial transactions
- Receiving and recording payments
- Entering debits and credits into software applications and databases accurately
- Producing a variety of reports including income statements and balance sheets
- Checking for accuracy in reports, figures, and postings
- Reconciling and reporting any discrepancies found in the record
