The Role:
As an Express Automotive Technician, you’ll be on the front lines of our service department, performing quick and efficient maintenance and repairs. This is your chance to gain valuable hands-on experience, work with a variety of vehicles, and kickstart a rewarding career in automotive service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quick Maintenance: Perform routine services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks with efficiency and accuracy
- Assist with Repairs: Help experienced technicians with more complex repairs and diagnostics as you build your skills
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered
- Learn and Grow: Take advantage of on-the-job training and mentorship to enhance your automotive knowledge and skills

You'll learn how to:
- Perform line technician services (oil changes & tires, etc.)
- Communicate effectively with service advisors on all repairs
- Checks battery, tire air pressure, windshield fluid, transmission fluid, and power steering fluid levels and refills as needed
- Check coolant level and refills as necessary
- Check fluid level before release of the vehicle to ensure proper levels
Qualifications:
- Interest in Automotive Care
- Experience changing oil is a PLUS
- High school diploma or GED or in process
- Good work or school attendance is required
- Positive attitude and a team player is a MUST
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Basic computer skills and the ability to meet the physical demands of the position
