The Role:

As an Express Automotive Technician, youll be on the front lines of our service department, performing quick and efficient maintenance and repairs. This is your chance to gain valuable hands-on experience, work with a variety of vehicles, and kickstart a rewarding career in automotive service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quick Maintenance: Perform routine services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks with efficiency and accuracy
• Assist with Repairs: Help experienced technicians with more complex repairs and diagnostics as you build your skills
• Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered
• Learn and Grow: Take advantage of on-the-job training and mentorship to enhance your automotive knowledge and skills

You'll learn how to:

• Perform line technician services (oil changes & tires, etc.)
• Communicate effectively with service advisors on all repairs
• Checks battery, tire air pressure, windshield fluid, transmission fluid, and power steering fluid levels and refills as needed
• Check coolant level and refills as necessary
• Check fluid level before release of the vehicle to ensure proper levels

Qualifications:

• Interest in Automotive Care
• Experience changing oil is a PLUS
• High school diploma or GED or in process
• Good work or school attendance is required
• Positive attitude and a team player is a MUST
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Basic computer skills and the ability to meet the physical demands of the position
