Duties:
- Manage and process vehicle titles, registrations, and related paperwork with precision and efficiency
- Verify and ensure all documents are accurate and compliant with state and federal regulations
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and service departments to ensure seamless title transfers and customer satisfaction
- Resolve title issues and discrepancies, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process
- Maintain organized records and handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Title Clerk or in a similar role within the automotive industry is required
- Strong knowledge of title processing procedures and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management systems
