Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Controller at Hunter Automotive Group's Hendersonville location. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of the company. This includes budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and financial analysis. The Controller will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide strategic financial guidance to the management team.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in financial management, accounting, and budgeting
- Proficiency in financial software and systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- CPA certification is a plus
- Experience in the automotive industry is required
- DealerTrack DMS experience is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
