Responsibilities
- Provide expert financial guidance to clients in areas such as life and disability insurance.
- Cold and warm calling to develop client relationships and help realize their financial goals.
- Identify opportunities to up-sell insurance and financial solutions.
- Collaborate with team members and leverage company-sponsored benefits to support your professional growth.
- Must reside within a 50-mile radius of West Hartford, Connecticut.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.
- Proven sales experience (preferably outside of retail environments).
- Strong background in insurance or disability sales, with prior experience being highly preferred.
- Ability to build relationships, supported by a strong personal and professional network.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Licensing or credentialing in financial services (company sponsorship available).
