- Stay updated on Workday best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve the implementation process.
Requirements
- Must be within a commutable distance of 50 miles from St. Louis, Missouri.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in implementing Workday Financials.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in configuring Workday Financials modules.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 3 years of experience as an ERP System Administrator.
- 3 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple projects.
- Workday certification in Financials or related modules.
Preferred skills
- Familiarity with data migration, integration, and reporting in Workday Financials.
- Familiarity with Adaptive for financial planning and analysis.
- Experience managing compliance with regulatory and audit controls, GDPR, CCPA, and SOC compliance.
- Experience managing integrations with Workday.
