Duties
- Assist with calendar management. scheduling appointments, email correspondence
- Maintain organized files and records
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Utilize Microsoft Office 365/Sharepoint for document creation and management
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and colleagues
Requirements
-Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage multi projects at the same time
-Work confidently with design staff and clientele
-Passionate about achieving excellence in work
-Self-starter, willing to help where needed
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines promptly
- Proficiency in typing and data entry
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
