Location : Pacific North West or California, preferably Central Valley or NorCal . (Remote with Travel)
Compensation : $100K Base Uncapped Commission ($200K OTE)
Industry : Industrial Wastewater Treatment
Travel : 60%

Job Overview
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will drive business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities in industrial wastewater treatment. You’ll leverage your industry expertise and existing network to deliver tailored solutions to clients in Food & Beverage, Petrochemical, Metals & Mining, and other sectors.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
Build relationships with key stakeholders, including engineers, consultants, and plant managers.
Identify customer needs and present integrated water treatment solutions, including engineering, equipment, and construction services.
Keep a pulse on the job market with advanced job matching technology.
