Sales Manager (Water Treatment)

Remote position in the USA

Travel as needed

Compensation :  Starting at $120k (flexible base)   commission

Position Overview :

The Sales Manager / SENIOR SALES MANAGER (USA) will play a critical role in driving sales

of the company’s reverse osmosis membranes across ALL WATER AND WASTEWATER

TREATMENT MARKETS AND applications. This role requires a highly motivated, technically

skilled sales professional with a deep understanding of water treatment technologies,

specifically MEMBRANES systems, and a strong network in the industry. Experience

OPERATIING within MULTIPLE SALES CHANNELS and the ability to thrive in a startup

environment is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to grow the company's market

presence across the USA.

  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers AT THE END USER,

    • ENGINEERING, AND OEM LEVELS

  • Drive sales of reverse osmosis membranes, targeting customers with needs in water

    • purification and filtration.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product development teams to offer tailored

    • solutions that meet customer requirements.

  • Act as a technical advisor to customers, providing insights into system design,

    • performance, and maintenance.

  • Manage and mentor a growing sales team as the company scales.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
  • Provide regular market feedback and sales forecasts to executive leadership.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and advancements in water treatment

    • technologies.

    Qualifications :

  • Proven track record in selling reverse osmosis systems or water treatment membranes
  • Strong technical knowledge of water AND WASTEWATER filtration and purification

    • technologies, including experience with reverse osmosis.

  • Ability to operate effectively in a startup environment with limited resources and evolving

    • priorities.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical

    • concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental sciences, or a related field is

    • preferred.

  • Willingness to travel extensively as needed.
