Position Overview

The first shift packaging position is a non-exempt, hourly position responsible for safely packaging various sized blinds. This is a first shift position that works Monday-Thursday 5:00am to 3:00pm

What you'll do

Will be working in a line with 4-5 other packaging associates, each one will complete one part of the packaging processWill build cardboard boxesWill ensure correct labels are placed in the box along with the blindMust be able to keep a consistent pace, there is a certain goal to package per hour Must have the ability to use RF Scanner and have basic computer knowledge to print labelsWill lift between 10-30lbs throughout a ten-hour shift All other duties as assigned

Who you are

Have at least 1-2 years working in a similar environment Looking for candidates that have good communication skillsMust have the ability to stand for extended periods of time Must be able to work well in a team
