Hunter Douglas Fabrication Company seeks a Head of Engineering PMO to execute high complexity and cross-functional strategic initiatives. Plan, execute and implement methods to deliver intended business outcomes, on time, on budget and within scope according to business priorities. Throughout the lifecycle, ensure consistent, reliable, and transparent execution, with line of sight for all key stakeholders. Simultaneously manage a portfolio of key initiatives across multiple business segments and geographic regions, aligning and mobilizing diverse teams of functional owners. Serve as a leader and trainer of best practices in project execution. Focus, but not exclusively, on product manufacturing and enterprise capability for the North American brands for Hunter Douglas Supply Chain.
- Position requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or related engineering field plus 7 years of experience with project management, product development and commercialization, and manufacturing operations.
- Must have 3 years of experience executing projects with large financial impact, utilizing commonly accepted project management toolsets and planning methods such as Project Management Profession (PMP) and Six Sigma.
- Must have 3 years of experience leading cross-functional, multi-location projects with an established project management toolset.
- Must demonstrate 2 years of P&L fluency.
