Position Overview :
The Technical Sales Support Manager will be responsible for providing technical, automation and pre-sales support for the Hunter Douglas Architectural brand. This role will work closely with the Technical Operations team and Regional Sales Managers to support project planning services and create detailed documentation for the program offering. This role will support initiatives around the Company’s Strategic Automation Growth Plan. This will support the Technical Services Manager, including developing and improving technical motorization documentation. The position will focus on technical sales support for both the commercial and retail dealers. The Technical Sales Service Manager will also assist in departmental support and will fulfill duties assigned by sales management and / or department designee.
