Your Role

  • Lead technical production from concept to construction administration.
  • Present designs and attend client meetings.
  • Oversee design and technical delivery, working closely with Project Managers.
  • Guide the wider design team through construction documentation.
  • Coordinate product specifications and manage project staffing, fees, and schedules.
  • Supervise and liaise with external contractors on bids, pricing, and project execution.

What You’ll Need

  • 10 years of experience, ideally in hospitality or multifamily.
  • Licensed Architect.
  • Degree in Architecture from an accredited course.
  • Proficiency in Revit with experience producing full construction documents.
  • LEED or WELL accreditation preferred.
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Must have the right to work in the USA.
