The Human Resource Assistant will provide administrative support to the Human Resources Team and other management team members.
What you will do:
- Maintain employee data and support all functions of the human resources department.
Front Desk (50%)
- Support reception desk by greeting visitors and following Hunter protocol.
- Maintains employee directory.
- Notifies personnel of visitor arrival.
- Answer incoming calls.
- Arrange and support lunches and meals for meetings and visitors.
- Additional duties as assigned.
??HR Support (50%)
- Assist with coordinating & participating in Company-sponsored events and activities.?
- Support onboarding:
- Take new employee photos
- Set up new hires with Fresh Market Access
- Create employee badges
- Maintain employee photo directory
- Support the onboarding process
- Support employee lunches and support service award activities.
- Daily filing of employee records, including discipline, training, employment, and other documents.
- Maintain training records in Excel and then file them in appropriate training binders.
- Maintain AppSpace communication monitors.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all HR-related activities and records.
- Support recruiting activities.
Additional Qualifications Include:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associates degree in human resources or business is preferred.
- 2 years of administrative experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with multiple levels of management.
- Provide confidential and diligent support for the workforce.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; Excel and Word experience required.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to follow set policies and procedures.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a highly fast-paced environment
