The Quality Systems Coordinator will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, drive quality system integration, implement quality control measures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality system.
What you will do:
- Coordinate and align all quality systems and align with other functional departments for seamless integration.
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve quality metrics.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and drive corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement sustainable solutions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Provide training and support to employees on quality systems and best practices.
- Analyze data and trends to identify process optimization and quality improvement opportunities.
- Stay current on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure quality system compliance.
- Identify further opportunities for improvement.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Additional Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes, data analysis, and corrective action protocols.
- Experience with quality audits, risk management, and quality assurance best practices.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ASQ, Six Sigma) is preferred.
- Strong project management skills, including organizing and coordinating multiple tasks, communicating information on time, and executing with the appropriate sense of urgency.
- Strong process improvement mentality
- Experience executing and leading change.
- High level of experience with manufacturing quality tools PPAP (DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans); in-process verification tools; SPC and metrics including COPQ, DPMO and PPM
- Detail-oriented and highly motivated.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Visio, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
