As a UI/UX Engineer:
What you will do:
- Partner with engineers and product managers on design drafts for internal teams and key stakeholders
- Implement user-facing features while maintaining consistency with company design standards
- Review customer feedback to continuously improve the user experience
- Create graphic elements for the user interface, such as menus, tabs, and widgets that provide a seamless user experience
- Identify and recommend improvements to existing front-end applications by reviewing architecture, tooling, responsiveness, and usability challenges
- Contribute to code reviews and mentor other team members
Additional Qualifications Include:
- 7 years of professional front-end development experience
- Experience with front-end development to collaborate with developers and implement designs
- Professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role
- Experience in planning and conducting usability testing sessions, analyzing results, and incorporating feedback into design iterations
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects
- Familiarity in using wireframe and design software such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Proficiency using tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision to visualize design concepts and interactions
- Bonus: experience developing front-end frameworks such as React, Blazor
