Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within budget. - Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship. - Manage project scheduling, ensuring timelines are met and resources are utilized effectively. - Oversee and lead a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support as needed. - Collaborate with the construction management team to address any issues or concerns that may arise during projects. - Utilize knowledge of MSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment on the construction site. - Conduct regular inspections to assess progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions. - Assist in budgeting and cost control measures to optimize project profitability. **Experience:** - Proven experience in supervising construction projects, preferably in the field of excavation or dirt work. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards project goals. - Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures within the construction industry. - Proficiency in project scheduling and resource management. - Understanding of budgeting principles and cost control measures.
