Job Summary
We are seeking an ambitious Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals through outbound calling and telemarketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to present our products or services
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and progress
Skills
- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey product information and value propositions
- Strong business development acumen
- Ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships
- Knowledge of technology sales is a plus
