- Conduct financial analysis, including capital investment evaluations and product profitability reports.
- Oversee tax compliance (direct and indirect) and regulatory reporting.
- Support contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and business simplification initiatives.
- Drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CMA preferred).
- 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and cost accounting.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial variance analysis.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools.
- Proven leadership experience in managing accounting teams.
- Ability to analyze complex data and present actionable insights.
- Lean office/manufacturing experience.
- Exposure to contract negotiations, business performance metrics, and IT systems improvements.

Salary : $100,000 - $135,000
