Growing manufacturer is looking for a Quality Manager to oversee the quality assurance and the quality team supporting 2 production facilities. You would lead and manage the activities of the quality personnel assigned to the quality assurance activities in both locations. The position is available due to promotion. They are an ISO 9001:2015 facility and manufacturer of OEM and aftermarket products. Direct reports include a team of Senior Quality Technicians and Quality Technicians.

Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the ISO 9001:2015 and Quality Management Systems
- Develop and implement process controls and continuous improvement
- Establish metrics and provide performance data/reports related to the QMSs
- Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing problems and help implement solutions
- Lead lean and continuous activities within the quality team
- Review new programs to ensure adherence to the quality specifications
- Host and respond to findings as a result of ISO and/or customer audits
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 5 years of quality management experience
- Leadership experience
- Experience with LEAN practices
- Experience with auditing and requirements for ISO 9001:2015
- Experience with American Association of Railroads AAR regulations

Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
