About This Role :

Senior Graphic Designer

is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing advanced-level graphic design projects to meet the Company's business objectives. Creates impactful visual elements for branding and marketing by overseeing the design process from concept to delivery. Ensures brand consistency across all mediums and mentors junior designers. Collaborates with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, strategically aligned visual solutions while staying updated on industry trends. Effectively communicates design concepts and manages project timelines to meet client needs.

Essential Job Functions / Tasks :

Plans, creates, and designs various print and digital materials such as product catalogs, advertisements, brochures, web and social graphics, direct mail, manuals, newsletters, product packaging and merchandising, presentations, and environmental graphics.Manages advanced projects and develops strategic plans for large or integrated marketing projects. Adheres strictly to established timelines and budgets.Utilizes current Adobe graphic design software on a Mac platform. Demonstrates knowledge of different file and font formats, color separation, pre-press, and printing processes.Meets with project requestors to determine objectives and uses research to gather background information. Recommends best approach, style and technique to meet clients’ business objectives.Collaborates with the copywriting team to develop concepts and content for global audiences.Works closely with the International Marketing and Sales team and outside sources to translate marketing materials. Reviews finished projects to ensure consistency and accuracy in all languages.Occasionally directs photographers, illustrators, and cross-functional support.Prepares electronic art files for printing and distribution through project management systems, content management systems, and websites.Keeps track of and communicates statuses of current work. Maintains an established file management process for each project. Verifies and proofs all work for approval before publishing.Education / Training Required and Preferred :

Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts or a combination of education and relevant work experience.Experience Required and Preferred :

5-7 years of experience as a minimum working as a graphic designer.What You Bring :

Strong knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.Demonstrated knowledge of layout, type, color, and pre-press processes involved in offset and web printing.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with members across the organization.Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.Ability to work individually and in a team environment.Experience with Adobe After Effects, and 3D software is preferred.What We Offer :

The salary for this opportunity ranges from $65,000 to $95,195

The Company complies with all federal / local / state regulations in regard to pay. The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Compensation offered to the successful candidate will be determined by qualifications, prior experience, other job-related factors, and geographic location.
