The Lead Programmer Analyst will play a key role in developing and maintaining programs and systems, performing in-depth analysis and troubleshooting, and supporting major projects.
Lead Programmer Analyst Responsibilities:
- Support and guide other team members.
- Develop, modify, and maintain programs, diagnosing and correcting errors.
- Analyze and plan systems, documenting plans and schedules.
- Design systems based on analysis and consultations, and documents them to meet standards.
- Assist with system installation, training, and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical advice, create reports, and offer training and problem-solving support.
- Analyze and recommend major projects and system enhancements.
- Define user requirements and translate them into functional system requirements.
- Provide technical training for deployed applications.
- Participate in creating system procedures, guidelines, and technical documentation.
- Maintain software development life cycle.
Lead Programmer Analyst Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or relevant experience and certifications.
- 3 years of related IT experience within application development.
- Experience with SQL Server.
- Proficiency with C# .NET preferred.
- Experience with job scheduling tools.
- Expertise in standard QA/testing.
