Description
We are seeking an experienced senior associate - junior partner-level commercial real estate attorney to join either the Savannah or St. Simons office. Currently exceeding 50 attorneys, HunterMaclean is the largest law firm in Georgia outside of Atlanta with a sophisticated and diverse client base. Typical clients include owners and developers of shopping centers, mixed-use projects, hotels, apartments, office buildings, industrial and business parks, affordable housing projects, educational facilities, and timberland.
Preferred candidates will have a desire be a part of a firm with a strategic focus towards growth. Portable book of business is desired, but not required.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice in Georgia
- Minimum of 7 years of experience
- Outstanding credentials
- Strong writing skills
- Experience in all facets of commercial projects, including the following:
- acquisition,
- land use and zoning,
- environmental review and permitting,
- capitalization,
- financing,
- development,
- construction,
- leasing,
- resale
Additional consideration will be given to candidates with experience working with property owner associations and related covenants.
