Hospital Security Officer (Full-Time and Part-Time)

Full-Time Overnight Shift 11:00PM to 7:00AM Tuesday - Saturday

Part-Time Second Shift 3:00PM - 11PM Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday

Part-Time Overnight Shift 7:00PM - 3:00AM

*MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE ALL VACCINATION RECORDS, INCLUDING FLU SHOT

Responsibilities:
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Conduct security checks and inspections of designated areas
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems for any suspicious activities or security breaches
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access or incidents
- Provide assistance and support to visitors, employees, and customers as needed
- Report any security incidents, accidents, or violations promptly and accurately
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and conflict management techniques
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Strong observation and surveillance skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Must possess a valid driver's license

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
