Outside Sales Representative
Hunter Onsite is seeking an experienced and results driven Outside Sales Representative to cultivate strategic and strong relationships with key customers for our industry leading Blast Resistant Building (BRB) company. We'll rely on you to use your exceptional sales and consultative skills to understand the needs of interested parties and turn them into loyal customers. You must be ambitious and outgoing, with a love for calling on customers, building relationships and leasing our equipment and services.

Responsibilities Include :
Sales Strategy Development :
Develop, prepare, and execute sales strategies and action plans that maximize revenue from facilities in a defined geographical territory
Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development and use this information to help the Company refine its product offering
Relationship Management :
Build, nurture, develop, and maintain strategic long-term business relationships at all necessary levels with potential and existing customers and their subsidiary companies, acting as a primary point of contact for such customers
Prospect and qualify new accounts from existing accounts, dormant or non-customer accounts, including competitor accounts
Establish and maintain ongoing communications with customers to ensure that opportunities are not missed, and problems are addressed and resolved promptly.
Sales Execution
Works individually, and as a team, to meet individual and team sales quotas, targets, and goals.
Conduct heavy outbound business-to-business sales via telephone and face-to-face interactions.
Develop and deliver presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
Draft, review and deliver quotes and estimates
Conduct site visits where necessary to advise customers on equipment selection and placement
Travel frequently to customer sites throughout the LA. Gulf area, and occasionally to other parts of the United States.
Communication and Business Support
Forecast long range product sales and customer product needs and communicate related information regularly to management
Utilize CRM Tools to develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities
Assist in the collection of required customer documents, such as certificates of insurance
Other duties assigned as needed
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing, or equivalent experience
Three years of successful regional sales experience selling into oil and gas or Petrochem facilities
Knowledge of industrial, petrochemical market or related equipment preferred
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
Strong planning, problem-solving and negotiation abilities
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience working within CRM and ERP applications
Capacity to travel very regularly within the Gulf region and occasionally to other parts of the US.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
