Clinical Mentors act as your coach to provide goal setting, professional development, clinical & surgical mentorship, and schedule management to fit your pace & progress.
Our mentorship program includes:
- Weekly Meeting With Your Mentor
- Work together on goal setting and reflection
- Weekly Virtual Rounds open to all recent grads
- Customized emphasis on overcoming common clinical challenges, critical thinking as a recent grad, and a spectrum of clinical topics & development
- Meet other new and recent grads to develop a peer network of support
- On-Demand Learning: 100's of videos, webinars, and eLearning available in the MPower Learning system.
Requirements:
- Licensed OH Veterinarian (active and clear)
- All experience levels are welcome to apply
- Positive attitude with eagerness to learn
