My client is a global leading energy technology company who are committed to making sustainable, reliable and affordable energy.
They are looking to recruit an experienced professional for the role of Operational Excellence for their Grid Solutions division based in Raleigh North Carolina
Duties include
- Responsibility for implementing the strategy and business roadmap for operational excellence in North America.
- Establish positive relationship with all internal business leaders and ensure business targets are implemented for Training, Operational Excellence, and Environmental Health Quality and Safety (EQS) goals.
- Lead a team of multi focused personal to drive transformation of the business including set-up, efficient and lean processes, and IT-systems, establishing the network, and continuously developing related talents.
- Direct, mentor, and coach a team including but not limited to training specialist, training administration, EQS specialist, and business excellence specialists.
- Ensure federal and state hiring targets are met for apprenticeship programs coordinated through the North Carolina Community College system for field and factory employee targets.
Requirements
- bachelor's degree, master’s degree a bonus
- 5 years of experience in Project Management, Construction. Service Excellence, lean improvement, process improvement
- You excel in managing a team in a matrix organization to deliver for the whole of the service business.
- You have proven experience in service-related business including but not limited to, Training, Process Management, Safety and Quality.
- Track record in building high performance teams and finding lean solutions to complex challenges with strong business acumen.
- Representing the business at executive level is nothing new for you as well as trustfully connecting with internal and external partners.
