Attorney Responsibilities :
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including technology agreements (SAAS, software licenses, data sharing), marketing contracts (influencer, event, sponsorship agreements), and procurement agreements (RFPs, vendor contracts).
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal matters related to IT security, marketing, cloud services, procurement, and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with privacy and information security terms, including DPAs, SCCs, and relevant regulations.
- Provide legal support on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs, ethics requirements, and federal funding eligibility.
- Serve as the primary legal liaison for executive and legislative officials on contract and procurement matters.
- Research, develop, and maintain contract templates, policies, and long-term strategies for procurement and asset management.
- Review and approve work products, ensure fiscal compliance, and monitor performance measures related to contracts and procurement.
