Job Description
The Industrial EHS Manager will be responsible for leading the site's industrial hygiene program, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, and driving improvement in EHS-related topics.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the site's industrial hygiene program, developing and implementing comprehensive sampling strategies to protect worker health and safety.
- Collaborate with facility leadership to execute beryllium exposure reduction programs, policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Develop and execute EHS long-range improvement plans, providing guidance to site strategic and tactical EHS teams on industrial hygiene, exposure assessment, and beryllium exposure mitigation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, including indoor air quality and ventilation controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an EHS field or related discipline and 10 years of experience, or a Master's degree and 4 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of industrial hygiene regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
