EHS Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced EHS professional to join our team as an Industrial EHS Manager.
About the Role
- Lead the site's industrial hygiene program, developing and implementing comprehensive sampling strategies to protect worker health and safety.
- Collaborate with facility leadership to execute beryllium exposure reduction programs, policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Develop and execute EHS long-range improvement plans, providing guidance to site strategic and tactical EHS teams on industrial hygiene, exposure assessment, and beryllium exposure mitigation.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, including indoor air quality and ventilation controls.
- Drive improvement in EHS-related topics and help incorporate human and organizational performance into site efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an EHS field or related discipline and 10 years of experience, or a Master's degree and 4 years of experience.
- Experience designing and implementing control strategies in alignment with best practices.
- Knowledge of all relevant industrial hygiene regulations.
- Ability to develop policies and procedures based on OSHA regulatory requirements and corporate guidelines.
- Proficient in data verification, correlation, and preparation of EHS reports.
