Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct managerial oversight of the department and personnel.
- Coordinate, plan and direct all activities of the Weld Department that contribute to the repair of the turbine engine component.
- Establish daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate the plan to the weld team.
Requirements
- Advanced educational accreditation is strongly preferred; high school graduate required.
