As a Residential Inside Sales Representative, you will:
- Assist customers with product inquiries and ensure their needs are met with expert guidance.
- Drive revenue by identifying opportunities, upselling products, and building lasting relationships.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Stay informed about our product offerings to provide tailored recommendations.
- Address customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.
- Hours for this position are Monday through Friday 7:30am -5pm, and a 1/2 day every other Saturday.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of inquiries and orders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset.
