What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose, sell, and perform plumbing repairs in residential homes
- Install plumbing systems and fixtures to code
- Clearly explain solutions and options to homeowners
- Maintain a clean, well-organized work van and workspace
- Stay up-to-date on the latest tools, tech, and best practices
- Collaborate with team members for efficient service delivery
- Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions
- Embody our company’s mission, values, and team spirit

What You Bring:
- Valid plumbing license (Tradesman or higher)
- 3–5 years of plumbing experience (residential preferred)
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Strong mechanical skills & a passion for hands-on work
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Professional appearance & a commitment to cleanliness
- A drive to do the right thing — always
- Team spirit & a willingness to mentor apprentices
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards
- Ability to pass background checks and drug tests
