Our client is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead their global compensation and benefits strategies and help shape an exceptional employee experience. You’ll be a key player in designing competitive, data-driven programs that align with our business goals and attract, retain, and engage top talent worldwide.
Responsiblities:
Compensation Strategy & Management
- Design, implement, and manage global compensation structures including base pay, bonuses, incentives, and equity programs.
- Develop and maintain compensation policies that reflect business goals and market trends.
- Conduct in-depth market research and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and cost efficiency.
- Partner with senior leaders to align compensation strategy with business and talent objectives.
- Lead salary review cycles and ensure consistency and fairness in pay decisions, partnering closely with HRBPs.
Benefits Strategy & Management
- Lead the design, administration, and evolution of comprehensive benefit offerings including health, wellness, retirement, and insurance plans.
- Monitor trends and recommend enhancements to boost employee engagement and retention.
- Ensure all benefits programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., ERISA, ACA, COBRA).
- Manage external relationships with benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants.
- Drive benefits communication strategy to enhance employee understanding and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders (Legal, Finance, Payroll, HR) to ensure effective, compliant plan execution and cost management.
- Evaluate the financial impact and compliance implications of plan changes and improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required).
- 5–7 years of experience in compensation, benefits, HR compliance, or related areas.
- Deep understanding of compensation frameworks and benefit plan administration.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
