Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain HRIS systems, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
- Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, implementing solutions to maintain system integrity and functionality.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to support HRIS initiatives, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new feature implementations.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
- Develop and deliver HRIS-related reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Train and support end-users on HRIS functionalities, ensuring effective adoption and utilization.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- 5 years of HRIS administration experience required.
- Expertise in SAP, Workday, or UKG is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and system integrations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across departments.
