We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our client's team onsite in the Galleria area. This role will focus on sourcing and hiring top-tier technology professionals across application development, machine learning, AI, infrastructure, networking, and more.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with domestic and global hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and define job requirements.
- Source, screen, and assess top technical talent in areas such as Python development, coding, AI, ML, networking, and infrastructure.
- Conduct thorough technical screenings to evaluate candidates' skill sets, experience, and cultural fit.
- Utilize creative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.) to engage passive candidates.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent for future hiring needs.
What You Need to Succeed:
- 4-7 years of technical recruiting experience, filling roles in software development, AI, machine learning, networking, and infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of technical concepts, programming languages, and industry trends to properly evaluate candidates.
- Strong experience with technical sourcing, vetting, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
