We are seeking a talented Senior Benefits Specialist to oversee the total rewards function at Hunter Sage.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the total rewards landscape, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive benefit strategies, driving business results.
- Nurture relationships with external partners, optimizing benefit offerings through collaboration.
- Design and implement innovative reward programs, driving engagement and retention.
- Monitor and analyze reward programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Communicate total rewards strategies to stakeholders, ensuring understanding and buy-in.
- Continuously evaluate and improve total rewards programs, driving business growth and success.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in total rewards, with a successful track record of driving business results.
- Advanced analytical skills, with expertise in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling, etc.).
- Experience designing and implementing comprehensive benefit strategies.
- A history of successfully communicating total rewards strategies to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, making informed decisions with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working with external partners.
- Must reside in North Houston, TX, with the ability to work on-site as needed.
