Are you a training and development expert who thrives on building impactful programs from the ground up? We’re seeking a Training & Development Specialist to design, coordinate, and facilitate training initiatives across all levels of the organization—from technical hourly employees to C-suite executives.
Duties:
- Develop and implement training programs from scratch, ensuring they align with business goals and workforce needs.
- Facilitate engaging training sessions for employees at all levels, from frontline workers to senior leadership.
- Coordinate training schedules, manage logistics, and ensure seamless program execution.
- Support the performance review cycle, integrating training programs with employee development and growth initiatives.
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback, metrics, and continuous improvement strategies.
- Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and develop tailored learning solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to enhance learning experiences.
Qualifications:
- 5 years’ experience in training program development, coordination, and facilitation.
- Strong ability to engage diverse audiences, from hands-on technical staff to executives.
- Experience supporting performance management cycles is a major plus.
- Industrial sector experience (manufacturing, oil & gas, construction, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a passion for developing talent.
- Must be fully onsite in Southeast Greater Houston.
