Pay :

Top performers earn $125k per year. Average performers earn around $65k - $80k.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as the face of the company, consistently demonstrating a professional and courteous demeanor in all client interactions.

Uphold the company’s values and commitment to excellence in every aspect of your work.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the client’s home and the company vehicle.
Conduct thorough assessments of residential electrical systems to diagnose issues, identify potential hazards, and recommend necessary repairs.

Collaborate with clients to discuss their needs, offer expert advice on repair options, and suggest upgrades to enhance the safety and efficiency of their electrical systems.

Provide clear and detailed explanations of proposed solutions, ensuring clients are fully informed before proceeding with any work.

Act as an educator, helping clients understand their electrical systems and the importance of regular maintenance and safety precautions.

Offer guidance on energy-efficient practices and new technologies that can benefit the client’s home.

Ensure clients feel confident and knowledgeable about the work being performed, answering any questions they may have throughout the process.

Perform electrical repairs, installations, and upgrades by local codes, regulations, and company standards.

Conduct all work with a focus on safety, both for yourself and the client, adhering to industry best practices and safety protocols.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in residential electrical systems, continuously improving your skills and knowledge.

Accurately document all work performed, including detailed notes on repairs, upgrades, and client interactions.

Provide timely and comprehensive reports to supervisors and clients, ensuring transparency and accountability in all projects.

Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company events to contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Qualifications :

Licensed Wireman or Journeyman electrician with a minimum of four years of experience in residential electrical services.

Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.

Professional appearance and demeanor, with a commitment to representing the company with integrity.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
