The Catering Director builds a dynamic catering team, develops, and ensures completion of the strategic business plan for the account, and oversees all aspects of profitability and service within the catering department.

Must have a bachelor's degree or the equivalent of 3 years of work experience in a similar roleExperience in financial analysis, planning, budgeting, and marketingExperience managing other managers including culinary leadersDemonstrates experience using basic computer software, previous knowledge of CaterTrax or similar catering software and Google Suite a plusCan effectively communicate and relate to all levels within and outside the organizationCreates and builds positive and productive relationshipsPrevious P&L accountability or contract-managed service experience is desirableHotel multi-unit catering experience preferredKey Accountabilities

The annual salary range for this position is $140,000.00 per year - $160,000.00 per year . Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the above range.
